Purpose-designed to the exacting standards of the International Association of Conference Centers, Richmond Hill City Center* was developed to maximize productivity and efficiency within its 22,800 square feet of flexible meeting space – all with a commitment to preserving and protecting the environment through detailed Environmental and Sustainability Programs.

The new multi-purpose facility is ideal for hosting training programs and executing planning and strategic sessions. The setting is perfect for board meetings and events and can accommodate groups up to 250 with a 3,200 square-foot ballroom, flexible break-out rooms and open spaces indoors and outdoors.

Cutting-edge conference technology is the hallmark at Richmond Hill City Center. Specially designed ergonomic furniture, Wi-Fi high-speed connectivity, audio-visual equipment and a dedicated and experienced staff are all on hand to help you achieve your meeting goals with the services and amenities that support your mission. To simplify the planning process, the convenient Meeting Package includes everything you need for your meeting, including refreshment breaks, meals, meeting room, conference technology and an experienced conference service support team with you every step.

Ideally situated in an area rich in history and set along 335 acres of preserved wetlands, the venue offers abundant natural light and a welcoming wrap-around verandah with plantation-style ceiling fans to create the perfect setting for refreshment breaks, receptions, or a delightful meal.
